Our Shipping Policy

Your order is in good hands

All our radiators and heated towel rails are carefully packed and palletized. In addition, all our products are covered by insurance during transport. We organize the entire delivery and installation process in consultation with you. We do our best to make you lose a minimum of time and free you from the mental burden associated with receiving your Natural Stone heating.

Delivery in France and abroad

We deliver by courier everywhere in France. If the road is accessible to trucks, the delivery costs are as follows depending on the option chosen:

  • FREE SHIPPING  : delivery of the pallet to your doorstep by appointment with our carrier (€100 including tax);
  • Premium delivery without installation : delivery of the radiators to the room of your choice, by appointment with our carrier (€100 including tax as well as a variable part depending on the weight);
  • Premium delivery with installation: delivery and installation of radiators in the room of your choice by our partner electrician (€250 including tax as well as a variable part depending on the number of products to be installed).

In the rare cases where the road is not accessible to trucks, you must contact us and we will find a solution. 

For deliveries abroad, please contact us so that we can send you the prices. 

Delivery time

We have three Natural Stones in stock: Travertino, White Gray and Verde Guatemala. For these Natural Stones, we undertake to deliver in France within 7 days once the order has been paid for. For deliveries abroad, delivery times can sometimes be longer depending on the geographical location.  


Some Natural Stones are not in stock. At the level of our shop, a message is displayed if the product is not available. For these products, it takes a period of 6 to 10 weeks once the order has been paid for. 

Delivery organization

You define a day when you are available and you will be delivered on the scheduled day. You must set aside a day for receiving the goods, either by defining a day with Chaleur Naturelle by contacting us on +33 3 89 25 60 59, or by making an appointment with our carrier. If you make an appointment with our carrier, you will receive a link where you can arrange delivery. 


Once delivery is scheduled and arranged, you have the option to track your order with a traffic number.

The day of delivery

On the day of delivery, the presence of a person on site is necessary. The goods must be checked in the presence of the driver. Check the number of packages and check the condition of the goods. The Natural Stone radiator is indeed fragile and it may have been mishandled during transport. 

If you notice an anomaly, note on the driver's slip all your remarks and refuse the goods arrive broken or cracked. The radiators will be replaced or refunded to you at your convenience. 

If these conditions are not respected, Chaleur Naturelle will not be able to replace or refund the goods in poor condition.
